Residents
Residents must be registered with Epic's Condo Community management system in order to receive notices about the building's maintenance and events. You can use the app to book your visitors' parking or the amenities. When contacting management, remember to clearly state your unit and name if you are a resident for a quicker reply!
Prospective Buyers and Real Estate Agents
To order a Status Certificate, please contact the management office with the reason of your inquiry. Real estate agents, feel free to book your visit with us at the Epic office to learn more about our community!
Listings (for Sale or for Rent)
Epic management is not able to provide listings of units for purchase or rent. Please contact a licensed real estate agent to conduct listing reviews and visits.

Full Time Management
Epic has contracted Kindle Management for management services. The team consists of a full time senior property manager and a full time assistant property manager.
24/7 Security
Epic is a large building downtown Queen West, therefore safety is our priority. Epic has contracted Diamond Services for a full time team of Licensed Security Guards and Patrols.
Full Time Housekeeping
Epic is a vibrant and large community which requires a dedicated housekeeping team. The Coporation contracted Diamond Services for housekeeping 7 days a week.
