Found in the heart of trendy West Queen West, Epic on Triangle Park is a 21 storey contemporary condo building in a neighbourhood known for its vibrant culture. Located across the street from the Drake Hotel and nearby areas such as Ossington, Trinity Bellwoods Park, and Liberty Village. The building has a sleek grey and glass exterior, modern suites with floor-to-ceiling windows, open concept kitchens, granite countertops, laminate flooring, glass-railed balconies, and stunning views of the city’s skyline. Amenities at Epic include a gym, party room, lounge, meeting rooms, guest suites, visitor parking, and a large rooftop terrace with barbecues.

 

Epic has a number of retail spaces and services in the building including a dentist’s office, medical clinics, pharmacy, and Penguin Pick Up. Facing Lisgar Park and only steps away from Queen Street West, the building is surrounded by innovative galleries and studios, hip boutique hotels, and some of Toronto's most trendy dining destinations. 

 

The residents at Epic pride themselves in supporting a strong and safe community. The Epic Social Committee hosts an annual holiday party, seasonal meet and greets, community BBQs, and organizes a number of donation drives. The art amenity spaces are available to not-for-profit organizations, such as Creative Reuse, an Arts & Environment Learning & Resource Centre.

As part of building a strong community with neighbouring buildings, Epic is part of a shared facility agreement with Westside Gallery Lofts, The Curve, and Artscape Triangle Lofts. The shared facility consist of an underground parking garage and an outdoor parkette for use by residents and for community events.

Epic was a collaborative project between Urbancorp (developer) and Plazacorp (builder). Plazacorp completed the development and occupancy was granted in August 2016. The Corporation was registered in April 2017.

 

There are 486 units with ground level retail and amenity spaces. The building is managed by Kindle Management Inc. and security and cleaning by Diamond Property Services.
